"The Most Memorable Person I've Slept With" Video Contest
To help us celebrate the fall premier of the new sex comedy, The People I've Slept With, make a short two minute video with your phone, camera or webcam that answers the question: Who's the most memorable person you've slept with?
Need inspiration? Hear Angela Yang talk about her horrifying experience with "Chaz the Face."
Contest is open to anyone 18 years or older. Submissions must be received by 11:59 p.m. PST September 18, 2009.
Winning Videos will be chosen by a panel of judges, on the basis of
• creativity,
• originality,
• fun factor,
• sexy factor and;
• quality.
Each of the top five most viewed videos will be included in the DVD release of The People I've Slept With and receive a "Virgins Do It Better" t-shirt.
One Grand Prize Winner will receive $500 dollars, their video will be shown before a fall festival screening of The People I've Slept With, the video will also be included in the DVD release of The People I've Slept With, and will also receive a "Virgins Do It Better" t-shirt.*

2. Period: Submissions will begin on August 9, 2009 and end on September 18, 2009. People Pictures LLC reserves the right to terminate the acceptance of submissions at any time without prior notice.

By submitting a video you agree that People Pictures LLC will have irrevocable and non-exclusive license to publish and republish the work (along with your name) in any manner in any media now known or hereafter existing without payment of any kind to you. People Pictures LLC retains the right to publish any submitted work in all present and future media, known or unknown. Entries will not be returned.
4. Judging: Submissions will be judged by People Pictures LLC and their affiliates. All decisions are final.

6. Winners: If you are chosen, we will notify you via email.
7. Conditions: Submission constitutes permission to use the entrant's name, photograph and other likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade and promotion on behalf of People Pictures LLC without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Entrant represents and warrants the submitted video is an original, non-published work that does not infringe the rights to any third parties. By entering, entrant gives to People Pictures LLC the right to publish, repurpose and use in any application it sees fit, the video(s) submitted. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

Limitations of Liability: By submitting, entrant holds harmless the released parties, Sponsors and People Pictures LLC from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, liability, actions or damages of any kind or in connection with: (1) submitting to campaign (2) acceptance of any prize or (3) anything related to the campaign and the awarding of prizes. Any claims relating to this campaign shall be governed by California law without regard to its conflict of law, rules, and any such claim must be heard in California.
